Citizen Satellite Wave GPS CC4075-50L Attesa - Unite with Blue Watch

This watch with an intense blue dial is part of the Citizen ‘Unite in blue’ Limited Edition series with the motto “Sea of silence”. A revolutionary pigment-free ink on the dial uses micro-structured surfaces to transform the incoming light into a multifaceted spectrum of blue hues to express the ever changing moods of the sea of this eco-friendly series of watches. All the individual components of the dials are made from recycled materials. 

All watches in this collection are of course powered by the cleanest form of energy: light – both from the sun and artificial sources - housing Citizen’s proprietary Eco-Drive solar technology. A first in the watch industry and certified as an Eco Mark product by the Japan Environment Association (JEA)and recognized for its contribution to ecological sustainability. 

This radio controlled Citizen Atessa Unite watch is limited to 2400 pieces and contains a Cal.F950 movement featuring GPS satellite-synchronized time setting, with an accuracy of ±5 seconds per month (without time signal reception). It also features World time functionality , a 1/20-second 24 hour chronograph, power reserve indicator and a perpetual calendar. The watch is water-resistant to 10 ATM. 

The case and bracelet are made from DLC coated Super Titanium which is at least 5 times harder (and lighter) than stainless steel. The Duratect DLC coating creates an amorphous carbon hard film on the material's surface, consisting primarily of carbon and hydrogen. It protects the watch from abrasion and preserves the luster of the metal over time. 

The light intensity indicator detects and displays the intensity of the light falling on the dial in seven levels, allowing the wearer to easily read the charge level in any situation. And finally, adding another layer of stylish protection, an extra scratch resistant double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating completes the detailed design of this excellent watch.
