G-Shock MT-G MTG-B4000-1AER Metal Twisted G - Carbon Hybrid Watch

The MTG-B4000 introduces an exciting innovation to the line of MT-G ultra-high-end G-Shock watches. It is the first watch to be designed with the aid of Artificial Intelligence. The development process was co-creation between human designers focused on design and engineering, and AI for optimizing analysis, simulation and modeling, based on the G-Shock test data the brand has gathered over the past 40 years. AI was also used to simulate impact from every possible angle and generate a 3D-model for specified structural strength and material property requirements. The result is an even stronger and fresh and unique looking watch that is still distinctly G-Shock. A bridge-like frame from a carbon and fiber glass laminate connects the lug structures of the watch. Combined with the band connecting directly to this frame and a screwless design attaching the metal and carbon parts, this guarantees optimal durability and resilience. This revolutionary new watch may be tough, it also shows finesse in its finishings; To craft the case back Metal Injection Molding (MIM) was used. This is injecting fine metal powder into molds to achieve a complex 3D form. And the watch’s metal components were hand-polished by master craftspeople. Off course, a high-end G-Shock like the MT-G features a high-spec movement with MULTIBAND6 radio control, Bluetooth connectivity, and all the usual advanced functions such as a 27-city world time display, fully automatic calendar and solar charging with 5 months of autonomy in total darkness.
