Product description

Like the MRG-B2100B-1ADR, previously released in 2024, the dial of the MRG-B2100R-2ADR is inspired by the traditional Japanese wood-joining technique ‘kigumi’. This is visible in the two-part structure of the indexes and the grid on the dial. Openings in the dial allow light to fall on the solar panels underneath, which provide the watch with energy. The MRG-B2100R is further inspired by Japanese ink painting and calligraphy, with a deep blue ao-zumi ink. The dial is deep blue, due to vapour deposition treatment, which is accentuated by a gold second hand. The bezel components on the four corners are ionized in navy blue, with a base of black diamond-like carbon coating. Naturally, the watch meets all the specifications you would expect from an MR-G: Ti64 titanium case, solar, radio control, Bluetooth and extensive functionalities.
