The watch, meaning the machine, after about 3 months, stopped suddenly. I took it to the dealer, as it was under warranty. I waited over a month, but the "surprises" were not over: the watch worked, but the date display (including days of the week) was stuck, so he had to send it back for service. Now it works fine, but the strap (too long), discourages me from wearing it. What can I do about it? Thank you for your attention.
L'orologio, inteso come macchina, dopo circa 3 mesi, si è fermato improvvisamente. L'ho portato dal rivenditore, essendo in garanzia. Ho aspettato oltre un mese, ma le "sorprese" non erano finite: l'orologio funzionava, ma il datario (compresi i giorni della settimana) era bloccato, per cui l'ha dovuto rimandare in assistenza. Adesso funziona bene, ma il cinturino (troppo lungo), mi scoraggia ad indossarlo. Come posso fare? Grazie per l'attenzione.
