The watch contains Seiko's latest in-house solar powered Cal.3X62 movement, which connects to GPS satellites, adjusting automatically to the local time zone. Of course the watch has many functions, such as a perpetual calendar until 2100, power reserve indicator, airplane mode, automatic hand alignment and a power save feature. But what makes this Astron really stand out are its looks; The dial pattern is inspired by the interior of a fictional spaceship.
